Anna K. Sweesy, 97

Apopka, Fla.:  Funeral services will be held 2pm Saturday in St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church in Campbell for Anna K. Sweesy, 97 who passed away Sunday afternoon.
Anna was born May 5, 1912 in Brookside, Al. the daughter of Michael and Anna Libertin Kalas.  She moved to the area in 1917 at the age of 5, living in the Hazeltine area and then moving to Campbell.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church; a member of the R Club and was one of the founding members of The Mothers Club.
She leaves to cherish her memory her son and daughter-in-law
Bartholomew K. and Ingrid Gursky, with whom she made her home; three grandchildren, Dr. Ronald T. (Antha) Gursky of Kissamee, Fla, Barry M. Gursky of Apopka, Fla. and Rich J. (Michele) Gursky of Orlando, Fla. and 5 great grandchildren, Evan, Paul, Alexander, Reagan and Dolan Gurksy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Floyd D. Sweesy who passed away July 16, 1985, and brothers and sisters, John, Steve, Helen, George, Michael and Mary.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to The Perpetual Memorial Fund at St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church,
301 Struthers-Liberty Rd., Campbell, Ohio 44405 in Anna’s name.
The Sweesy family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive friends Friday from 3-6pm at the funeral home and on Saturday from 1:30-2pm in the church.
