Caroline Psaras, 73
Campbell: A private family service was held Thursday at the Wasko Funeral Home, where Fr. Kosta Valantasis and Fr. Steve Denas officiated for Caroline Pantelis Psaras, 73 who passed away Saturday evening in Greenbrier Health Care Center after a brief illness.
Caroline was born May 18, 1937 in Campbell, the daughter of George N. and Themelina Kindinis Pantelis and was a life long area resident of Campbell.
She was a member of the 1955 graduating class of Campbell Memorial High School, and was a member of Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church.
She is survived by her son, John T. Psaras, SFO of Campbell; a grandson Thomas J. Psaras and his mother, Diane Psaras, both of Winter Garden, Florida; she also leaves to cherish her memory her step-daughter Stoula Psaras of Poland along with her children and grandchildren, Maria Kalicatzaros, Nick P (Kathy) Kalicatzaros, Kaitlyn, Alexia and Kosta, all of Poland and a sister-in-law, Evanthia Pantelis of Warren. Caroline is also loved and will be remembered by many loving and caring relatives and good friends.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Tom I. Psaras and her beloved brother Nick G. Pantelis, who both passed away in 2001.
The Psaras family has entrusted the arrangements of their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home.
