Joseph Domko, 95
Campbellā¦.Private family services were held Thursday at the Wasko Funeral Home with Father Michael Swierz officiating for Joseph Domko, 95 who passed away Sunday morning at Pembrook Place.
Joseph was born Sept. 7, 1914 in Daisytown, Pa., the son of Joseph Sr. and Julia Senyri Domko and moved to Campbell in 1990.
He was a member of St. Joseph the Provider Church; he worked at United Mine Workers of America in Daisytown, Pa. and LTV Steel in Alliquippa, Pa.
His first wife, the former Marian Panak whom he married in 1935 passed away in 1974.
Joseph leaves to cherish his memory his wife, the former Veronica Churilla, whom he married on Dec. 12, 1990; two sons, Melvin J. (Jean) Domko of Salmon, Idaho and Duane (Sandra) Domko of Monaca, Pa.; a granddaughter, Jeannine Silva of California; two grandsons, Duane Domko, Jr. of St. Charles, MO., and Joshua Domko, of Monaca, Pa.; he also leaves his step-children, Sam (Bonnie) Churilla of Struthers and Thomas (Halina) Churilla of Poland.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife.
The Domko family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home.
