Josephine Logero, 88
Poland: Private family services were held Thursday morning in St. Lucy Church with Fr. Gerald DeLucia officiating for Josephine Logero, 88, formerly of Campbell, who passed away Tuesday evening at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center.
Josephine was born October 1, 1921 in Calabria, Italy the daughter of Joseph and Filomena Perry Caruso and came to the United States as a child; then moved to Campbell in 1959.
Her husband, Taleno R. Logero passed away June 13, 1980.
She leaves to cherish her memory her two sons, David (Debbie) of Poland and Taleno (Colleen) of Warren; 7 grandchildren, Jennifer (Gary) Cannon, Jason (Zabia) Logero, Zachary Logero, David Logero, Mark Logero, Michael Logero and Matt Logero and 5 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 sisters, Josephine Cua and Rose Collelo and one brother Dominic Caruso.
The Logero family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home in Campbell.
