Lucille Sposetti Papale, 94
Campbell: Funeral services will be held Saturday, 9:30am at the Wasko Funeral Home and 10am in St. John Catholic Church for Lucille Sposetti Papale, 94 who passed away Wednesday morning in the Hospice House.
Lucille was born November 30, 1915 in Youngstown the daughter of Salvino and Concetta Daniel Mosca.
She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Hubbard. She worked for Kinray Industries for 33 years.
Lucille possessed a wisdom in her eyes that radiated love and generosity to all her family. Grandma loved Sunday dinners with the family; she was one of 7 children in a family bound by strong Italian heritage.
She leaves to cherish her memory her son and daughter-in-law Dominic and Linda Sposetti of Campbell, with whom she made her home for the past 25 years; grandsons, Dominic and Michael (Debra); a great-granddaughter Alyssa, who was the love of her life; Step-daughter Nancy (John) Staul; step-grandchildren, Marylou Miller and her son Case, Denise Staul and John (Liz) Staul and their children Patrick and Jack, Marylyn Matiscik and Susan (Michael) Martin and one sister Sara Sheldone of New Castle, Pa.
In her lifetime she endured the death of her parents; her first husband, Dominic Sposetti whom she married Nov. 30, 1940, he passed away May 28, 1941; her second husband, Patsy Papale, whom she married Oct. 8, 1959, he passed away Aug. 12, 1986; 2 sisters, Elizabeth Tamburello and Margaret Mashiska; 4 brothers, Rocco Mancini, Anthony, Louis and Ralph Mosca and a step-daughter Carol Matiscik.
The family wishes that monetary donations be made to the Hospice House in Lucille’s name.
The Sposetti-Papale Family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive friends Friday evening from 5-8pm.
