Mary E. Kozak, 92


Campbell…………Funeral services will be held 11am Tuesday in St. John Catholic Church for Mary E. Kozak, 92 who passed away Saturday evening at her home.
Mary was born June 23, 1917 in Campbell, the daughter of John and Anna Kubofchik Swantek and was a life long area resident.
She was a 1935 graduate of Campbell Memorial High School; Besides being an excellent homemaker Mary was a member of the Church.
Her husband Michael W. Kozak whom she married June 14, 1939 passed away on July 1, 1975.
She leaves to cherish her memory 2 daughters, Kathleen (Robert) Biasella of Poland and Vicki (Tony) Gutierrez of Campbell, with whom she made her home; 3 sons, Jack (Marie) Kozak of Poland, Alan (Lydia) Kozak of Boardman and Bill (Karen) Kozak of Canfield; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and 2 sisters, Nikki Spirko and Margaret Leschinsky.
The family requests that no flowers be sent.
The Kozak family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive friends Tuesday from 10-11am in St. John Catholic Church, 159 Reed Ave., Campbell.
