Drosos R. Tsarnas, 71

Campbell... Drosos Tsarnas, 71 passed away peacefully at his home on April 8,2024.

Drosos was born March 29, 1953 in Youngstown, Ohio a son of Themistocles Tsarnas and Sevasti Pastrikos.

He was a 1971 graduate of Campbell Memorial High School. He married his wife the former Cynthia Valantasis in 1972, who passed away in 2022.  He was a member of the U.S. Navy from 1975 to 1978. Drosos was a tower painter for Seacore Painting and retired in 2007.

Drosos will be deeply missed and always remembered by his daughter; Sevasti (Serafim) Kollias of Avon Lake, Ohio; his son Themistocles “Tommy” (Heather) Tsarnas of Austintown; grandchildren Logan and Noah; brothers, Nick (Raelyn) Tsarnas of Austintown, John Tsarnas of Indiana and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife and his son Michael.

Drosos was a member of Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church in Campbell. He was a member of the Painter’s Union. He enjoyed listening to Greek music and dancing. He enjoyed being a painter, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

The Tsarnas Family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive friends and family on Monday April 15,2024 from 10-10:30 a.m. at Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church in Campbell with a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. officiated by Reverend Steve Denas and Reverend Gus Valantasis.
