Albert M. Buttry, Jr.

AUSTINTOWN – A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at 10:00 AM, at the Kubina-Yuhasz-Wasko Funeral Home, celebrated by Fr. John Jerek, for Albert M. Buttry Jr., 65, of Austintown, who peacefully passed away on August 4, 2018.  

Albert was born April 19, 1953 in Youngstown, a son of the late Albert Sr. and Margaret (Fecko) Buttry. He was a steel worker at Arcelor Mittal Steel, formerly LTV Steel. Albert married his wife, Terri (Loar) on March 13, 1976, and together they raised five children.

First and foremost, Albert was a family man. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed horse racing.

Albert leaves to cherish his memory, his children Daniel (Dana) Buttry of Pittsburgh, Jamey (Lisa) Buttry of Virginia Beach, Manda (Carlos) Leon of West Palm Beach, Albert R. (Kayla) Buttry of Austintown and Terry J. (Paula) Buttry of Poland; his grandchildren Jesci, JR, Landon, Gabrielle, Carlitos, McKenna, Kelsey, Ella, and Abel; his sister Sandra (Daniel) Guerrieri, and his nieces Dana and Danielle.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Terri.

The family has entrusted Albert’s care to the Kubina-Yuhasz-Wasko Funeral Home, 5925 Market St. Boardman, OH 44512, where they will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, August 7, 2018.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that material contributions be made to the American Heart Association, 1375 E. 9th St. #600, Cleveland, Ohio, 44114, in Albert’s name.
