James Sikes Hogue, 64
Pulaski…….Private family services were held for James Sikes Hogue, 64, who passed away on Aug. 20th, 2019.
James was born Feb. 23, 1955 in New Castle, the son of James and Martha Lois Sikes Hogue and was a lifelong resident of New Castle.
He was a 1973 graduate of Laurel High School; afterwards attending Butler County Community College for two years, where he played basketball, and then graduating from Slippery Rock State College with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
He worked as an account representative for an outdoor advertising company for 10 years and has worked in the sales industry for most of his life.
At age 27, James was one of the ten finalists in the millionaire drawing for the PA instant lottery.
James loved to play golf and worked over the years at the golf course; he also enjoyed going to the track to play the horses.
He leaves to cherish his memory his sister, Janice (Richard) Cole of Connecticut; nephews, Michael (Julie) Villano of Canfield, OH, Steven (Vivian) Cole of Connecticut and David (Nicole) Cole of Africa; great-nephews, Jack, Aren and James; great-niece, Brielle; and his two cats, Rover and Rita.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Martha; and a sister, Marjorie Ann Villano.

The Hogue family has entrusted the care of James to the Wasko Funeral Home in Campbell, Ohio.
