Jo Ann will be missed very much by us. She was quite a lady and helped to make New Castle School of Trades the great School that it is today.

I worked with Joann for fifteen years as an external auditor and always loved dealing with her. She was fun, hard working, cared deeply about the school, and was interested in the people on my audit team. She was dedicated to doing the best job she could and made our work easier by her efforts. I will miss her good natured kidding and the personal conversations which we had. I will truly miss interacting with her and the world lost a good soul.

JoAnn found me on Facebook several years ago and we got reacquainted. I will miss our phone conversations and her humor. Being first cousins who haven't been in touch for so long, we laughed about some of our similarities and some family memories. RIP cuz❤️Nancy and Don Chumita

Joann was a very warm and friendly person. She is the type of person we need now more than ever to be with us. She simply wanted the best for students, faculty, family and friends. Her smile and pleasant attitude will be sorely missed. May God Bless Joann and her family.

I was very saddened to hear of Joann's passing. I will always remember her as a loyal and dedicated member of NCST. She was always willing to lend a hand when needed. She had a very quick wit about her. She will be missed by all that knew her. My deepest condolences to those she has left behind. Find peace in knowing she is in a better place.
