Diane Marie Drapp, 61

Struthers…Funeral services will be held Thursday at 12:00 p.m. at the Wasko Funeral Home, with Rev. Michael Farynets officiating, for Diane Marie Drapp, 61, who passed away early Easter morning.

Diane was born July 19, 1955, in Youngstown, the daughter of Stephen and Susan Kotasek Drapp, Sr.

She was a 1973 graduate of Struthers High School and a 1977 graduate of Youngstown State University, graduating with a degree in Physical Education and Kinesiology. Diane was a life-long area resident.

Diane worked for over 20 years at the Kmart store in Boardman, where she was involved in retail sales and had many managerial responsibilities.

She was a parishioner of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church.

Diane enjoyed traveling with her close and loving friends.

Diane leaves to cherish her memory her brother and sister-in-law, Stephen and Vicki Drapp Jr. of Lancaster; and her two nieces, Emily Drapp of Cuyahoga Falls, and Stephanie Drapp of Lancaster.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family would like to extend its sincere and heartfelt thanks to all of the caregivers at Vista Center of Boardman and Harbor Light Hospice.

The Drapp family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive family and friends Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to Noon at the funeral home, prior to the noon funeral service.
