Giuseppina A. “Josephine” Ricciardi, 93
CAMPBELL…Giuseppina A. “Josephine” Ricciardi, 93 passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, October 26, 2026 at Masternick Memorial in New Middletown, Ohio.
Giuseppina was born August 6, 1933 in Toro Campobasso Italy, a daughter of Mercurio and Giovaninna (Evangelista) Iacobacci.
Giuseppina married Antonio Ricciardi on October 15, 1953. She immigrated to the United States on June 9th, 1966.
Giuseppina was a homemaker and enjoyed taking care of her family. She made the best meatballs, loved flowers, knitting, and listening to Italian music. Giuseppina found much joy in eating cavatelli from Scarsella’s on Saturdays with her son and the dance parties at Masternick. We picture her dancing once again in heaven with her beloved Tony.
Giuseppina will be deeply missed and always remembered by her son, Dr. Santuccio (Lynda) Ricciardi of Poland; 2 grandchildren, Anthony and Marisa Ricciardi of Poland: a sister, Ninella (Salvatore) Falcone of Liege Belgium; brothers and sister-in-law, Andy (Rose) Ricciardi of Campbell and George Bedenik of Cleveland and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Antonio.
The Ricciardi family has entrusted Giuseppina’s care to the Wasko Funeral Home in Campbell, Ohio. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 9-10:30a.m. at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11a.m. at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish in Campbell, Ohio.
Giuseppina will be laid to rest next to her husband in Lake Park Cemetery.
The Ricciardi family would like to send a heartfelt “Thank You” to the entire staff of Masternick Memorial in New Middletown, Ohio.
