Gloria J. Romeo, 76

Campbell…Funeral services will be held Thursday at 9:15 a.m. at the Wasko Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m., at St. Luke Catholic Church, with Rev. Zachary Coulter officiating, for Gloria J. Romeo, 76, who passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018.

Gloria was born July 3, 1941, in Youngstown, the daughter of James and Theresa Cioffi Caldrone.  She was a graduate of Campbell Memorial High School and a lifelong area resident.

She was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church.

Gloria enjoyed gardening, going to festivals, sitting by her pool, shopping and camping.

Most of all, she loved her children and grandchildren and cherished spending time with all of them.

Her husband, Paul Romeo, whom she married September 16, 1961; passed away March 19, 2017.

Gloria will be deeply missed by her children, Paul J. (Lynn) Romeo of Bessemer, Pa, Vincent (Annette) Romeo of Warren, Dominic (Lina) Romeo of Lowellville and Gloria (Jeff) Czerniak of Campbell and her grandchildren, Vincenzo, Stefania, Giuliano, Luciano, Sofia, and Eddie.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Paul.

The Romeo family has entrusted their loved one with the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive family and friends Wednesday from 4-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
