Jean M. Lucas, 93

Campbell…Graveside services will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at St. John Catholic Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Kevin Marks, for Jean M. Lucas, 93, who passed away Friday, May 25, 2018.

Jean was born November 22, 1924, in Erie, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Dominic and Mary DeSantis Tortorella.

She was a parishioner of St. Michael's Byzantine Catholic Church, where she was a member of the Couples Club.

Jean worked as a bookkeeper for Kroger's for many years.

She enjoyed traveling, cooking, shopping, and she especially enjoyed gambling and playing the slots.  Most of all, she cherished spending time with her grandchildren.

Jean will be deeply missed by her husband, Edward Lucas, whom she married May 19, 1951; several grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter; two brothers and a sister.

Family and friends are invited to attend the graveside services on Friday at 2:30 p.m. at St. John Catholic Cemetery.

The Lucas family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home.
