Rita Ann Greene Kopatich

Campbell…Private family services were held Tuesday at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish at St. Joseph the Provider Catholic Church, for Rita Ann Greene Kopatich, who passed away Thursday evening. Rita was born in Campbell, the daughter of Andrew and Anna Guidos Greene. She was a graduate of Campbell Memorial High School and a lifelong area resident. Rita worked as a cook at the Elmton in Struthers, and later worked at General Electric-Mazda Lamp. She was a parishioner of Christ the Good Shepherd Parish at St. Joseph the Provider Catholic Church. Rita enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. Above all, Rita wished to be forever remembered as being 39 years old, just like Jack Benny. Rita is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Anthony and Patricia Kopatich of Canfield; her granddaughter, Tracy and Chad Symons; her grandson, Anthony and Annie Kopatich and grandson Tyler Kopatich, all of Canfield; and her soon to be great-grandson, Anthony James Kopatich. Besides her parents; she was preceded in death by her infant sister, Doloris Greene. Rita's family would like to thank the Visiting Angels out of Salem and the staff at the Hospice House for all of the love and care bestowed on our mother during her transition from this life to the next. The Kopatich family entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home.
