William E. "Bill" Jupp, 71

YOUNGSTOWN…William E. "Bill" Jupp, 71 passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 26, 2026 at AustinWoods Rehabilitation, Youngstown, Ohio.

Bill was born July 11, 1954 in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Edwin Joseph and Nancy Joan (Hennessy) Jupp.

He was a 1974 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. Bill married the love of his life, the former Deborah Newton on July 14, 1990 and they shared almost 36 years of marriage.

Bill lived in the Youngstown area most of his life and in 1997 he moved to Kenosha, Wisconsin for 18 years, returning to this area in 2014.

He worked as a baker/salesman and owned and operated Bill's Pastry Shop in the Boardman Plaza. He then went on to work for Hazelwood Farms and Pillsbury, retiring in 2012.

Bill was of the Christian faith. He belonged to the Sertoma Club in his younger years, and he played drums in the Youngstown Community Concert Band. He enjoyed music, golfing, bowling, and spending time with his grandchildren and his dogs, Maddie and Lincoln.

Bill will be deeply missed and always remembered by his wife, Deborah; his children, Vicki (Mike) Glenn of Butler, PA, Bill (Melissa) Jupp of Boardman, Ashley (Scott Williams) Jupp of Stow, Ohio and Michael Jupp of Perrysburg, Ohio; his grandchildren, Connor and Alexis Glenn, Elizabeth and Addison Jupp, Kato and Jonah Williams; his brother, David (Erin) Jupp of Chesterfield, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Edward, Harry and Danny.

The Jupp family has entrusted Bill's care to the Wasko Funeral Home in Campbell, Ohio where calling hours will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 from 9:30-11am followed by a Memorial Service at 11am officiated by Pastor Sam Mohn.
