Dennis S. DiBacco, 75

NEW MIDDLETOWN…Dennis S. DiBacco, 75 passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.

Dennis was born March 1, 1950 in Youngstown, Ohio, a son of Samuel and Agnes (Cummings) DiBacco.

Dennis was a 1968 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School and he was a life long resident of the Youngstown area.

He married the love of his life, the former Richelle M. “Shelley” Marzetti on June 14, 2003.

Dennis worked in sales for Roth Brothers Heating and Cooling until his retirement in 2015.

He was a member of Christ Community Church.

Dennis enjoyed playing golf and he loved music. He was the lead singer in the 1970’s for the band “The Citations.”  He was an avid Notre Dame and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He truly loved spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren.  He was known for his back yard pool parties and trips every wedding anniversary and Father’s Day to Geneva-On-The-Lake.

Dennis will be deeply missed and always remembered by his wife Shelley; his daughters, Debbie DiBacco, Tracy DiBacco-Holden and Mandy (Frankie) DiBacco-Scott all of Youngstown; his son, Denny DiBacco II of Struthers; a step-son, Jim (Amanda) Clark of Texas; two step-daughters, Jamie Clark of Struthers and Jessica Clark of Austintown; his brother, Barry (Andrea) DiBacco of Poland; his sister, Debbie (Joe) Mileto of Youngstown; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Stephens, Joey (Christine) Stephens, Kevin (Taylore) Holden,Samantha Holden, Antonio Page, Kennedy Page, DeShawn Vaughn Jr., John Vaughn and Jack Potter; 3 great-grandchildren, Joey and Louie Stephens and Aspen Holden along with many nieces, nephews and cousins whom he loved.

The DiBacco family has entrusted Denny’s care to the Wasko Funeral Home in Campbell, Ohio. Per Denny’s request there will be no calling hours or services.
