She was preceded in death by her parents.
The West family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive family and friends Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019,  from 2-5:00 p.m. at the funeral home, where the Infant Guild will offer prayers at 1:30 p.m.
