 KENTUCKY… Hannah went to be with Jesus on April 8, 2026 and was greeted at Heaven’s gates by her loved ones.

Hannah Joy was born October 7, 2020, an answer to Jordan and Sarah’s prayers. After two boys they prayed for a little girl and God granted their hearts desire. In her short time here, she brought immense joy to her family. Hannah was an “old soul” in that she cared about people and tried to comfort the hurt and crying.

Hannah was in kindergarten at Lighthouse Christian Academy where she had many friends who will miss her. Hannah loved everything princess and she truly was her daddy’s little princess. Her big brothers called her “Miss Bossy Pants” as she loved to boss them around, as well as the children on the playground.

Hannah leaves behind to forever cherish her memory, her parents Jordan D. and Sarah J.; her brothers, Jakob P (age 15) and Kaleb A. (age 10); her nanny, Val J. Bicanovsky, along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins who will all miss her dearly.

Hannah was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Myles and Hope Erikson; her paternal grandfather, Jonathan M. Van Der Wilt and her uncle Jordan A. Erikson.

Private graveside services will be held in Kentucky on April 15, 2026 with Pastor Jared Van Der Wilt officiating. Hannah will be buried beside her paternal grandfather.

“You may be out of our sight, but you will never be out of our thoughts. You may be gone, but your memory will live on in our hearts. Until we are together again in Heaven our hearts will never be the same, but we know you are in Heaven with Jesus.”
