I had the privilege of working with John some time ago at the City of Wadsworth; he was truly a man that made the world a better place, and everyone that knew him held him in high esteem. I know he will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. God Bless.

I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to your family for the loss of your loved one, John. He had so many years ahead-so much to live for. Death is truly an enemy that robs us of the joy of being with our loved ones. The Bible has proven to be the best source of encouragement to cope with such a difficult time. The Bible at Isaiah 33:24 states: “No resident will say: ‘I am sick.’ The blessing of God will eventually include the elimination of all suffering due to poor health. Soon cancer, heart trouble and all other diseases that cause humans pain and unhappiness will simply not exist. I sincerely hope that this scripture from the Bible will bring your family much comfort and hope.

"Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding.
Even as the stone of the fruit must break that its heart may stand in the sun, so must you know pain.
And could you keep your heart in wonder at the daily miracles of your life, your pain would not seem less wondrous than your joy;
And you would accept the seasons of your heart, even as you have always accepted the seasons that pass over your fields.
And you would watch with serenity through the winters of your grief."
