Joseph N. “Joe” Brezinski, Jr., 64
CAMPBELL… Private Funeral Services were held on Saturday June 29, 2024 in the Wasko Funeral Home with Pastor Shirley Elosh, officiating for Joseph N. “Joe” Brezinski, age 64, who passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday June 16, 2024.
Joe was born January 15, 1960 in Warren, Ohio and was the son of Joseph N. and Edith (Bowser) Brezinski Sr.
He honorably served in the United States Navy.
He earned an associate degree in Telecommunications Engineering from ETI Technical College and was employed by Ohio Edison. In 2003 he moved to Las Vegas, NV with his family, where Joe began working as an Engineer at the Rio.
Joe was of the Christian Faith.
He enjoyed listening to country music, watching western films, riding his electric bike, motorcycles and collecting guns. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and was an avid storyteller. Joe will be fondly remembered for his sense of humor and leaving a lasting impression with whom ever he came in contact.
Joe is survived by his wife the former Maria Antoniou, whom he married January 20, 1990. He also leaves his children Joey (Perla Osuna) Brezinski, Landou Brezinski, Alexia Brezinski, Irene (Dawn) Cox, Lou Gomez, Nichol Pagley, Michele Gomez, and Gracie (Scott) Patton. He also leaves 17 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews; great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his father and mother in law, Vasili and Irene Antoniou, his step-daughter Vasilia Gomez, his brothers Mike Brezinski and John Brezinski and his sisters JoAnn Trolio, Patricia Bable, Anita Miller and his infant sister Debbie Brezinski.
The Brezinski family entrusted Joe’s care to the Wasko Funeral Home in Campbell.
He will be laid to rest at Girard City Cemetery.
A public Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
