AUSTINTOWN…Joshua J. Donchess, 46 passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, December 29, 2025.

Joshua was born August 28, 1979 in Youngstown, Ohio, a son of Robert and Barbara (Booher) Donchess.

Joshua was a 1998 graduate of Stuthers High School and then went on to graduate from New Castle School of Trades as an electrician.

He was a lifelong Struthers resident until recently moving to Austintown.

Joshua was of the Catholic faith and was a member of Christ Our Savior Parish at St. Nicholas Roman Catholic Church in Struthers.

He previously worked as a general laborer at ARS/Advanced Recycling Services.

Joshua was an avid runner, enjoyed video games and loved the Cleveland sports teams.

Joshua will be deeply missed and always remembered by his siblings, Robert (Danielle) Donchess of Columbia, SC, Debbie (David) Seifert of Canfield, Mark (Sheri) Donchess of Canfield, Bradley (Brynette) Birmingham of Mantua, Ohio, Greg (Linda) Donchess of Austintown, Nick (Tara) Donchess of Struthers, and Gina (Kevin) Lancaster of Bethel Park, PA along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The Donchess family has entrusted Joshua’s care to the Wasko Funeral Home in Campbell, Ohio. No services will be held at this time.
