Lori J. Williams, 61

Youngstown… Lori J. Williams passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 8, 2024.

Lori was born October 31, 1962  in Iowa City, Iowa a daughter of Dennis  and Carolyn Jo (Williams) Poulson.

She was a graduate of Stuttgart American High School in Stuttgart, Germany. She was a long time resident of Youngstown and previously lived in Alexandria, Virginia.

Lori worked as a clerk for the Youngstown Police Department for 18 years.

Lori loved gardening, and she was a mom of three cats. She loved animals. She was a collector of porcelain pigs and she enjoyed cooking and shopping. She loved listening to music and she was very crafty and creative.

She will be deeply missed and always remembered by her parents, Dennis and Carolyn Poulson of Dale City, Virginia; her children, Keely (Dan) Prasinos of Struthers, Travis (Jaclyn) Williams of Austintown and  Nathan Williams of College Station, Texas; a brother, Ron (Barbara) Poulson of Youngstown; two grandchildren, Branden and Kaliope Prasinos; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Lori is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

The Williams family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Wasko Funeral Home. The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
