ROSEMARIE FRAGOSO, 69  

YOUNGSTOWN…Rosemarie Fragoso, 69 passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family, Wednesday, October 22, 2025.

Rosemarie was born February 15, 1956 in Youngstown, Ohio, a daughter of Rafael and Sarita (Delgado) Fragoso.

She was a 1974 graduate of East High School and went on to earn her Associates degree from YSU.

She worked for Mahoning County WIC for over 35 years where she helped many young mothers. She was very well loved and was well known in her community.

She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church.

Rosemarie will by deeply missed and always remembered by her son, Dwin Moran; her grandson, Roman Moran; her brother, Bill Fragoso; nephews, Jason (Rachel) Fragoso, and their children, Gianna, Jordon and Carlos, Joshua (Lindsey) Fragoso, along with their children, Ava and Sophia; her niece Joanna (Brian) Fragoso and her children, Skyler, Landon and Lukas.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The Fragoso family has entrusted Rosemarie’s care to the Wasko Funeral Home in Campbell, Ohio and will receive friends and family Thursday, October 30, 2025 from 10am-12noon followed by a funeral service at 12:00noon.

Rosemarie will be laid to rest at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Cemetery in Lowellville, Ohio.
