 Shirley A. Marciano, 81

Lowellville…Shirley A Marciano, 81 passed away at her home on Tuesday, August 13, 2024.

Shirley was born on January 16, 1943 in Georges Twps., PA a daughter of Stephen and Susan Yanno Pikotsky. 

She was a 1961 graduate of Campbell Memorial High School. Shirley was a former member of St. Joseph the Provider Parish.

Shirley was a lifelong caregiver and her love for taking care of others motivated her to go to nursing school and get her license at the age of 52. She became an LPN and worked for Park Vista up until her retirement. 

Shirley enjoyed gambling and playing bingo. She loved cooking and was famously known for her spaghetti sauce. She truly loved her grandchildren and she loved taking care of them and spending time with them. 

She will be deeply missed and always remembered by her sons, Michael (Stacy) Marciano of Boardman and Mark (Tracy) Marciano of Coitsville of whom she made her home with; grandchildren, Matthew, Logan, Katelyn and Nicholas; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; along with many cousins.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents.

The Marciano family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive friends and family on Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 10-11am at the funeral home in Campbell, Ohio. A funeral service will follow at 11am officiated by Deacon Tony Falasca.
