Campbell…Steve Vincent Stoltz Jr. a machinist and life-long resident of Campbell, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on June 17, 2024 at the age of 53 while at his home.

Steve was born on July 11, 1970 to Stephen Stoltz Sr. and Marilyn (Musser) Stoltz at Northside Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. He attended Memorial High School and graduated from Mahoning Joint Vocational School in 1989 as a machinist. He worked at various machine shops until he became a teacher at New Castle School of Trade teaching students precision machinery. He won many awards for his work in the field and as a teacher.

Steve was a devoted son, cherished family member and trusted friend. He loved all animals, and regularly fed the local wildlife in the field behind his residence. He held a range of interests and hobbies in his life. He was an avid metal detectorist, talented metalsmith who created bespoke knives and various customized automotive parts, and a talented airbrush painter on canvas and auto accessories.

Steve is survived by his mother Marilyn Stoltz, uncle and aunt William and Nancy Musser Jr., aunt Vicky Bragalone; first cousins Tiffany Bragalone, Shirley Peacock, David Basista Jr., Sheila Lemmon, and Melina Yukon as well as many other dear extended family and friends including his cat, Bandit.

He was preceded in death by his father Stephen Stoltz Sr., his grandparents William and Wilma Musser, grandmother Helen Stoltz, aunt and uncle Patricia and David Basista Sr., aunt Denise DeGeorge, and uncle Kenneth Bragalone.

Steve will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

The Stoltz Family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home. No services will be held.
