He was born on May 1, 1931 in Coamo, Puerto Rico to Juanita Martinez and Felix Torres.
Teofilo is survived by his children, Juanita (Samuel), Victor (Diana), Fernandito and Harry; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents Juanita Martinez and Felix Torres, brother Rafael and son Felix.
