I am expressing my regrets and sadness on Phil's passing. Over many years of being a colleague of his, I always found Phil to be a great person. My contacts with him during the past few years faded, but he was always there for friends and family. A big loss to all who knew him.

I had very few "favorite" teachers at Fitch [ not their fault...]....Mr Passas was a top 5. I had him in History......just a good guy.......the teachers break room in heaven just got richer......R.I.P.

Our condolences to the entire family, our thoughts are with you. PHIL will be greatly missed, we personally very much enjoyed his company on both occasions that we met, he was very caring and considerate. We. Will miss his phone calls he constantly made to catch up and see how his relatives are and provide blessings for festive occasions.
